Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping times and rates vary based on the destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance.
4. Shipment Tracking & Status

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged package and items to expedite the resolution process.
We will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.
